Mark Tuttle, President

Mark Tuttle founded Atlas Group in 1995. Upon completion of his B.A. at Dartmouth, he went on to receive his B.E. at Thayer School of Engineering. Mark started his career as manager at MCC Powers in Boston, MA., then to Johnson Controls designing "intelligent buildings".  He held several positions at Northern Telecom in New England and continued gaining experience as Director of Global Voice Services for EMI Music, New York. In 1994 Tuttle established Atlas Group where he has managed projects in a wide range of telecom competitive procurements, Global MPLS WAN designs, IP network design, needs analysis and high level process development. He is currently responsible for consulting operations and for internal staff functions including finance, legal, marketing/sales and personnel.  Mark has been integral in the design and procurement activities for several Fortune 100 international communications infrastructure projects including, at the time, the largest European private PBX deployment.
