Atlas Group uses its Monthly Bill Review database to track electrical, gas, oil usage, costs, and contracts for each site. The information is presented on a monthly basis to our clients with benchmark analysis comparing costs per employee, per patient encounter, or per square foot across client sites and against industry averages. Atlas Group audits vendor billing and assists clients to recover any overcharges.
Once we have full costs transparency and analysis, Atlas Group works with client finance to structure more cost-effective purchase agreements.
